2.Order processing time and delivery time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 bussiness days. Delivery within 11 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 5.What should I do if the order processing time is too long?

We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by mail [email protected]; we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account. Refund arrival time varies by payment method, but usually takes one to two business days.

6.Sign for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If you find that the Floor Protection Film is damaged or unusable after receiving the delivery, please contact us promptly and we will handle it for you.

Our Floor Protection Film products are uniformly packed in waterproof cartons, please check the Floor Protection Film carefully after receiving the courier, if there are any problems, please contact us in time.
